Argument over the idea of a holy Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Ghost led to a dark history of persecution, murder, war, and an industry (Church) of much nonsense. How much more peace might we enjoy if our holy Trinity was: Be Grateful, Compassionate and Aware.

Naturalism/evolution has removed a reasonable foundation for ethics.
Hitler and the Nazis carried out naturalistic philosophy to its logical conclusion by trying to rid the world of a race they thought to be inferior. He took "survival of the fittest" to a new level by murdering six million Jews
Without God there is not foundation for ethics.
So if you were to become an atheist would you love your wife and children less or care less for your neighbor?
If you answer yes, it shows your love is not true. If you answer no, you show there is no need of a god.
I can't love perfectly. I don't have the ability.
Theism provides a foundation for ethics.
Do you know of one who loves all people at all times perfectly?
You have avoided my statement. Red herring (another logical fallacy) anyone?
Let me rephrase.
Naturalist/Atheists have no foundation or basis for ethics.
Yes, I would agree that theism provides a foundation for ethics. This of course in no way proves that theism is valid—that there is a god— nor does it follow that the ethics derived from theism are necessarily good ones.
To me, our natural evolved sense of empathy (that’s as much a part of us as our sense of thirst when dehydrated) is a much better foundation for ethics. This empathy is the source of the golden rule uttered before and better than the way jesus is said to have put it.
